Jazzmin-Guy S.

Jazzmin- Guy is originally from Fredericksburg and came to Richmond to attend VCU where she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She has also received a health behavior coaching certificate from VCU as well. In the future, she plans to start a career in the health field using exercise as medicine.

Floating was introduced to Jazzmin-Guy from a client she was training. After just one float, floating opened up her eyes to the many different aspects to muscle recovery and relieving muscle pain. It also helped ease her mind of everyday struggles and stress! Since floating regularly, she has slept better, trained harder, and does not get as stressed easily! Floating has so many health benefits but the one that is most important is the peace of mind. Just the moments of silence, peace, and relaxation is what keeps her floating.
