Sundays

Michele tecco, LMT

As a licensed massage therapist and certified Watsu® Aquatic Therapy Practitioner, one of my main goals is to help clients escape the stress of daily life, and to find a sense of tranquility and rejuvenation through warm, welcoming touch. Using a combination of soothing techniques including hot stones and aromatherapy, I try to create an immersive, holistic experience that is able to address the whole person’s mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in Swedish, myofascial stretching, hot stones and cupping, as well as prenatal and postpartum massage.

When not helping clients, I enjoy finding relaxation by spending time in nature, hiking in the mountains, swimming and running. These activities help me to stay centered and balanced, so that as a massage therapist, I can bring my best self to work. As an artist, I find it wonderful to be able to explore the beauty of the natural world through photography and sculpture.

Sundays

Achan Lual, LMT

Hi, I’m Achan!

A little about me, I’m deeply connected to the outdoors, yoga, dance, holistic wellness, and spending meaningful time with family and friends. These passions shape the way I approach both life and my work.

Massage therapy has been a part of my life since childhood. My journey began by caring for those closest to me, offering prenatal massage to my sister during her pregnancies, and helping my mother unwind after long days of work. Those early experiences sparked a calling that has grown into a dedicated practice.

My work is intuitive, intentional, and grounded. I specialize in deep tissue massage and pressure point (trigger point) therapy, using focused, therapeutic techniques to relieve chronic tension, reduce pain, and restore balance in the body. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, blending precision with presence.

I believe my purpose is to pour care into others, to help alleviate discomfort in both body and mind, and to hold a safe, supportive space where you can release tension, stress, and self-judgment.

My intention is to set aside my ego and serve with humility, compassion, and genuine care—so you can leave feeling more at ease, aligned, and restored.
