All first-time appointments require a profile to be created and a credit card to reserve the float time. The card will not be charged until after your float. Please review our reservation and cancellation policy for instances where your card may be charged.

We will do our best to accommodate specific room requests but may have to rearrange rooms based on the demands of our schedule.

Customize your Float
You can optimize your float experience with a specific light color or a certain type of music track. Check out our Music and Light page for your options.


Reservation Policy:
To ensure your desired appointment, a credit card is required to book and hold your float appointment. Gift certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show. You are free to use any method of payment at checkout after your float.

By scheduling your appointment, you are consenting to our Cancellation and No Show Policy, listed below. Please review and understand.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you are subject to a $45 cancellation fee. Parties of 3 or more, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. If parties of 3 or more cancel with less than 72 hours of notice will be subject to the $45 cancellation fee per float.

If you miss your appointment (no show) without giving any notice, your credit card will be charged $75, the full 60 minute float price. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Late Arrivals
We understand that some things happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late so we can best accommodate you and the other floaters. If you are a return floater arriving past your appointment or a new floater arriving less than 20 minutes prior to your appointment, we may need to offer you a shorter float or reschedule your appointment. This is in order to provide all of our clients the optimal float experience at The Float Zone.
