RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATION, AND NO-SHOW POLICY
To ensure your desired appointment, a credit card is required to book your float appointment. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to our Cancellation and No Show policies so please review and understand them. Your credit card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show. You are free to use any method of payment at checkout after your float.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
No Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without giving any notice, your credit card will be charged $65, the full 60 minute float price. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
We understand that some things happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late so we can best accommodate you and the other floaters. If you are a return floater arriving past your appointment or a new floater arriving less than 30 minutes prior to your appointment, we may need to offer you a shorter float or reschedule your appointment. This is in order to provide all of our clients the optimal float experience at The Float Zone.
