Cliff finds floatation therapy to be very useful in many ways. As a person who has suffered from depression and anxiety disorders, he has used floating as a coping mechanism to help lower and sustain his stress and anxiety levels in everyday life.

Cliff also practices meditation and mindfulness exercises, so when he assimilates that into a float session it becomes what he terms a “supercharged” meditation, which in turn greatly increases his focus and awareness. Overall, floating greatly relaxes his mind and body, improves his quality of sleep, and overall quality of life.
