Hi! I'm Rachel. I've been working at The Float Zone for a few months now and I love it! I started floating before I got hired to help with my chronic back pain.  I recently started training jiu-jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai and these programs are a huge part of my life now. Floating really helps me when I'm feeling stressed or if my body is sore. I love to float as part of my recovery from all the training I do! 

.I hope to have my first boxing fight and jiu-jitsu competition within the next year. I'm also vegan and I love to have a healthy lifestyle. A heathy lifestyle makes a healthy mind! I hope you enjoy floating as much as I do!
