Meet Rachel! She has been working at The Float Zone for a few months now and loves it! Rachel started floating prior to her employment to help with my chronic back pain. She recently started training jiu-jitsu, boxing, and Muay Thai and these programs are a huge part of her life now. Floating really helps her when she feels stressed or if her body is sore. Rachel loves to float as part of her recovery from all the training I do!
Within the next year, Rachel hopes to have her first boxing match and jiu-jitsu competition. She is vegan and loves to have a healthy lifestyle. A heathy lifestyle makes a healthy mind!
